One item: the colour theme you choose, saved in your browser’s local storage under the key ti-theme so the site renders in that theme on your next visit. The control offers a light theme, a dark theme, and following your operating system. That third option is stored like the others, and the site then follows your operating system’s dark mode setting, including later changes to it. Nothing is written until you choose: a first visit follows your operating system without recording anything. The value stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising, tag manager, session replay, or social tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third-party font host, so viewing a page does not call out to another company.

The decorative canvas effects are drawn by your own browser from code served by this domain. Nothing about your visit is measured or reported by them, and they are switched off entirely when your device asks for reduced motion or reports no graphics acceleration.

The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Serving a page necessarily involves Cloudflare processing the request — including your IP address and user agent — as our hosting provider, and the Worker’s request logs and traces are retained by Cloudflare for operational monitoring. Cloudflare’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy terms. We do not build visitor profiles from it and we do not sell or share it.

Every page response carries baseline security headers, and the site sends no referrer information to other origins beyond the origin itself.

The contact page publishes an email address. If you write to it, your message and your email address sit in that mailbox, are used only to reply to you, and are not added to a mailing list or passed to anyone else.

Pages here link out to the studio’s own products — moment.gallery, churchgrid.app, joinme.rsvp, icpf.ca. Those are separate sites with their own privacy practices; this policy covers only torontointelligence.com.

If the site ever starts collecting data — a contact form or analytics, for example — this page is updated in the same change that adds it. The current version always describes what the deployed site actually does.
