Privacy on torontointelligence.com

This site is the marketing site for The Toronto Intelligence Company. It is a static site: it has no accounts, no sign-in, no contact form, no comments, and no database. There is nothing on this site for you to submit personal information to, and the site asks for none.

What is stored on your device

One item: your light or dark theme choice, saved in your browser’s local storage under the key ti-theme so the site renders in the theme you picked on your next visit. It stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser storage removes it. If you have never used the theme toggle, nothing is stored and the site follows your operating system’s dark mode setting.

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising, tag manager, session replay, or social tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third-party font host, so viewing a page does not call out to another company.

Hosting and logs

The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Serving a page necessarily involves Cloudflare processing the request — including your IP address and user agent — as our hosting provider, and the Worker’s request logs and traces are retained by Cloudflare for operational monitoring. Cloudflare’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy terms. We do not build visitor profiles from it and we do not sell or share it.

Every response carries baseline security headers, and the site sends no referrer information to other origins beyond the origin itself.

If you email us

The contact page publishes an email address. If you write to it, your message and your email address sit in that mailbox, are used only to reply to you, and are not added to a mailing list or passed to anyone else.

External links

Pages here link out to the studio’s own products — moment.gallery, churchgrid.app, joinme.rsvp, icpf.ca. Those are separate sites with their own privacy practices; this policy covers only torontointelligence.com.

Changes

If the site ever starts collecting data — a contact form or analytics, for example — this page is updated in the same change that adds it. The current version always describes what the deployed site actually does.
